Nonlinear Neutral Systems via T–S Fuzzy Models

In this paper, we focuses on the observer design problem for nonlinear neutral systems. The problem addressed that of designing a full-order observer that guarantees the asymptotically stable of the error dynamic system. The sufficient stability conditions are derived via Lyapunov–Krasovskii functionals (LKF). When these conditions, which are given in terms of linear matrix inequalities (LMIs), are satisfied, the designed observer gain matrices can be obtained via a convex optimization. Furthermore, an illustrative example is used to demonstrate the validity of the proposed design procedure.
